      I don't really like firing that turn against unknowns, it's connected with the rest of the board and it isn't scary at all. Some of the hands he peeled the flop with improved somehow to a straight, a pair and a gutshot, and hands that didn't improve often realize that your hand didn't change either, and taught themselves into calling again.

      As played it's fine, if he took that check/call check/minraise line with a semibluff it's not that common, note it down and use it against him. He's probably more likely to show up with some hand he slowplayed himself into trouble with and that can't let go, like a set or a turned straight.
