      If he is 30/10/4 over a large sample you can probably still 3bet for value, if it's a small sample he can still be some kind of tag that likely won't call it off with a worse hands, tho i'd expect a tag to raise JT preflop from CO. If you're not sure just calling is fine, not many players go nuts with raises on the river so you'll end up chopping or dead often enough for jamming to not be profitable.
