      With such a small sample you have to be more careful, but in this case I think it's quite fine to 3 bet since his vpip and pfr are very high. He'll probably call you with many lower PPs which greatly increases your EV.

      nice hand! 77 hands is enough to raise 99 here, more so, because it's not very borderline case. I would only prefer to push directly preflop to his raise.
