Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, K.
3 folds, Hero raises to $2.00, BB calls $1.50.

      Flop: ($4) A, Q, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.75, BB calls $2.75.

      Turn: ($9.5) T (2 players)
Hero bets $5.75, BB calls $5.75.

      River: ($21) 6 (2 players)
Hero bets $6.00, BB calls $6.00.

      Final Pot: $33.

Should I just c/f river ? I guess turn I still have to bet since there are still draws out there .

my line would be c/c turn, since not really sure if you can bet yourself again on the value and if he holds draws then he maybe would bet yourself so you get the same amount of value if he holds draws.
Just often you find valuedowning yourself on that place if you bet again on the turn.
If you c/c turn then you can evaluate if you want to c/c or c/f river. Often it would go check/check and you either win or loose the hand not investing too much money
Betting turn is not terrible, but you then have to fold raise, which makes your play exploitable and you only get value for flushdraws.
c/f river seems ok line, although betting small hoping he has worse Qx hand is also ok.
