Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      Known players:
      MP3:
      $52.28
      CO:
      $47.50
      BU:
      $8.75
      SB(Hero):
      $88.09
      BB:
      $67.82
      MP2:
      $52.36

Preflop: Hero is SB with T, T.
MP2 raises to $1.50, 3 folds, Hero raises to $5.00, BB folds, MP2 calls $3.50.

      Flop: ($10.5) 7, J, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $5.50, MP2 raises to $12.00, Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $16.

I have to fold there right ? Call OOP wont work and I don`t think I can shove profitably ?

if you lead out on drawy board and get small re-raise then I think you have to shove with gutshot and middle pair
He won´t really always raise there for Jx and even if he does he might fold to shove. Also his range has a lot of bluffs or draws which he might fold to shove
I think it is not terrible board to c/c flop and turn and then decide on the river if he bets again, but often if you c/c flop turn and river goes check/check
