Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $57.35
      MP3:
      $55.40
      CO:
      $59.95
      BU:
      $100.15
      SB(Hero):
      $60.25

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q.
MP3 folds, CO raises to $1.50, BU folds, Hero raises to $5.00, BB folds, CO calls $3.50.

      Flop: ($10.5) 3, 6, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $7.00, CO calls $7.00.

      Turn: ($24.5) 2 (2 players)
Hero bets $15.00, CO calls $15.00.

      River: ($54.5) T (2 players)
Hero bets $33.25, CO calls $32.95(All-In).

      Final Pot: $120.7.
Villain is just some reg on which I had no special reads.
Should I raise a little bit bigger pre-flop since we're 120BB-deep? Should I ever take another line than this?

I´d prefer betting turn a little bigger, although 15$ is also ok.
River shove is ok, you might still get called by worse hands and most of the times he is raising his draws on the flop or turn
Also good option is to go to /rai on the turn. This way you don´t have to worry about river and it balances your c/f range on low boards
