Well 1st for FR preflop is kinda loose but still as played depends on opponent. Is he capable of floating ? If not u are losing value on turn by cheching. Vs unknown I would bet it out on the turn then bet river aswell , i think there is more value in it. If u check turn he might check behing some mediocre hands u might get value from betting. If u know he floats a lot then u can c/r as a good spot to balance lines.

      Hello,

I am going for max value so Check/Raise turn big, I might even consider raising bigger. Also betting a bit more on river.

      Best regards,
      Rensu

c/r turn is interesting line and that would also can get you maximum value of floats and maybe even two pair hands
I´d shove river. he should call 24$ if he is going to call 19$
If you put him on draws then c/c or c/rai depends how much he bets is imo also reasonable line, since then it seems like you might have air or some weak hand that he can bluff you out with his missed draws.
