      UTG+1 lost $0.02

Villain was 15/7 over 57 hands. He seemed pretty tight. I don't like calling there so I thought about 3betting but as I was not sure I just folded.

I don't hate the fold but i think i would call even out of position. We can make really strong hands with KQs, UTG+1 is a fish and will often come along if we call, and since BU seems so tight he's probably very straightforward and easy to play against, meaning we can let go of a top pair easily if he likes his hand enough to fire more than once into 2 players postflop.

      Hope it helps.
