Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $2.00, 2 folds, SB raises to $7.00, BB folds, Hero raises to $21.00, SB raises to $58.66, Hero calls $31.00.

      Flop: ($110.91) J, 5, 6 (0 players)
      Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Turn: ($110.91) J (0 players)
      Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      River: ($110.91) A (0 players)
      Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $79.91.

Should I just call his 3bet and play IP? But then I'm basically just setmining or hoping for a safe flop and him not having AA/KK - in which case it's better to get it all in preflop anyways.

What's the best play in the same situation if I'm OOP?

Also, what's the best play in this situation if I have AK/AQ? Sorry for so many questions, I feel I suck at playing these hands in raised pots preflop, usually I play them very conservative if I get 3bet.

If player is aggressive you can´t really fold your hand and by 4-betting and getting all-in seems quite ok line.
if player is tight then you can call raise pf since you´re ip and then maybe call once on the flop and fold to turn bet even as a overpair since he hold very often here AA/KK
If you´re oop then I like to 4-bet AK/TT+ and get all-in. Against aggressive opponents who would 3-bet a lot even AQ and 99 can consider good hand to 4-bet/call shove oop, ip you can always just call and play postflop
