      preflop: bet ,4 for more value
      flop: bet smaller to make a fold more incorrect for him
      turn: bet smaller to keep him in the hand
      river: bet because flushdraws and worse aces will probably check behind (he probably won't have better hands in his range)

      these player is too passive to bet himself with missed flushdraw, so instead of c/c I´d prefer valuebet to 4$ to get call by any Ax hand
