      flop: bet 2/3-3/4
      turn: bet 2/3-3/4
      river: bet 1/2-2/3 (he will probably hold A,2+/fd)

      I would go broke. (if one more heart came I would check/fold)

      you don´t always have to pot when you have two pair. I think 3/4 pot sizes are also fine
      I´d bet river 3$, since he likely has flushdraw and folding or Ax and calling. If he is shoving then I´m calling, since I´m pot committed.
      Two pair is very good hand on that board and you should go three streets of value
