Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $13.91
      SB(Hero):
      $29.84
      BB:
      $4.06
      MP2:
      $32.61
      MP3:
      $25.24
      CO:
      $26.60

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, A.
3 folds, BU raises to $0.75, Hero calls $0.65, BB calls $0.50.

      Flop: ($2.25) 6, 2, 8 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, BU bets $1.00, Hero calls $1.00, BB folds.

The raiser had lost 2 allins in the row and was 100 % tillting, i just call coz just being afraid that he can make maniac push

      Turn: ($4.25) A (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $1.00, Hero raises to $2.75, BU raises to $4.75, Hero calls $2.00.

i think this raise was value raise

      River: ($13.75) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $3.25, Hero calls $3.25.

      Final Pot: $20.25.

should i re raise on the flop?
      how bad/good is river call?

      Hi,

with your read I'd just reraise of flop and get it all-in.
His 1/2 pot contibet looks very weak.
As played raise on turn to 4,5-5$ and get it in.

What did he have? My guess is A2.

      Best regards,
      Anin

if you don´t think player is 4-betting or shoving pf, then I´d 3-bet pf to isolate tilting player.
I would also c/r flop and get all-in with two overcards and flushdraw. he would shove enough times with worse hands
c/r turn is likely fine, although I think c/c and then lead river is also fine options
If you c/r then a lot worse hands would fold, but since he bet only 1$ I like c/r.
getting that odds I´d also call river
