      Preflop: Hero is UTG1 with 9:diamond: , 9:heart:
      Hero raises to $0.16, UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.16, 6 folds.

      Flop: ($0.38) 8:heart: , Q:club: , 6:spade: (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.24, MP1 calls $0.24.

      Turn: ($0.86) K:spade: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $0.43, Hero folds.

      Final Pot: $1.29

Hands like this is very dificult to play. I protect on flop agaisnt straig draw and overcards, but I think I can't protect on turn because there is less chance that my hand is best. But on the other hand when I check turn, maybe I am bluffed out? What to do?

Folding is fine if you have no reason to do anything else, it'll prevent bigger mistakes.

Against that guy assuming his stats after 27 hands are a decent representation of how he's playing in general, he's likely aggressive enough overall to be betting a lot of stuff on the turn when you check to him, so i'd call once for 1/2 and see what happens. That type of player will usually bet for the act of betting, they'll merge everything from A-high to 6x to Kx into a bet when you check, so you're not always getting valuetowned.

      Hope it helps.
