      Bet more on the turn on such a drawy board, I would bet nearly pot size.
      On the river I think you will not win often enough with this hand. You must win ~22% of the time - 0.22/(0.58+0.22+0.22)

      A 4th heart coming is disastrous for your hand, just pot the flop and pot the turn.

      As played on the river i think BB has a low heart almost always, with his stack size he'd likely have shoved something like Ax before the river, but with so little money involved and the fact that you never know how bad BB can really be, i don't hate calling either, sometimes he'll show AQ or something similar that he played atrociously all the way.
