Villain is 20/14/4 in 220 hands.

I should fold in this spot ?? If I think that he play it with QQ+, AK.
Tell me if this math is true please.
      Pot is 2,55(0.05 + 0,10 + 1,2 + 1,2) I assume that if I shove he call so I had to give 9,12$ in pot of
      2,55 + 9,12(his 4-bet and call my 5-bet)

      11,67 : 9,12
      1,3 : 1

      I need 1/2,3 * 100% = 43%
But with AKs I have 42% against QQ+ and AK, AKs.

And what do you think his range can be wider??

According to my quick calculations you need ~43.85% equity and you have ~38.8% equity with AKo against QQ+/AK, so folding is fine.

AKs has ~41.9% equity against the same range so it's closer to a shove but it's still a fold.

Obviously these ranges are very narrow and depending on a ton of variables like how villain perceives you and how he's feeling at that moment, he could sometimes decide JJ/AQs is good enough, or randomly bluff some of the time too.

So all-in-all it's hard to make a mistake there with AKo, the higher you'll play the more it becomes a shove preflop no matter what because people are capable of showing up with more hands in the heat of the moment.

      Hope it helps.
