      i'd fold flop tbh. exactly what happened. the turn bricks and you have no idea where you are with villain betting 3/5 pot. turn is a easy fold imo.

      With some history of blind steal/resteal with villain i'd 4bet/call TT in that spot against a 24/22/5, these players are usually messing around enough both preflop and postflop to make calling down with TT a nightmare on most boards.

      Without history folding the turn is standard until you have a sense of how often he's barreling blank turns, which shouldn't be too often for most tags at nl10.
