      I don't think UTG made a mistake. You slowplayed it, he didn't put you on a K (since there was 2 on the flop already, there is a good chance of you not having an other), he called you in position, maybe putting you on A8s. River gave him the fullhouse, pretty lucky, but he was thinking he is ahead..

      Nothing really special IMO.

      Shouldn't this be in the hand evaluation section?:)

      I would c/r this flop because you could do so with such a wide range of PPs other than a 22 or a K and since 2 of them are out it only leaves 2 in the deck...

      Oh well, this is a situation that kind of plays itself . There's no real bad play, except checking it all the way of course, and not being agressive, but ... just another hand.
