      Villain is very loose passive preflop. It seemed like he was betting a small flush.

      I'm raising the flop $1.2 for value against all the crap hands he could bet small with, especially hands with a 1 card flushdraw that will call a raise chasing a dream. If he 3bets i'm folding, smallbet / 3bet is a lot stronger than small bet / call.

      Folding the turn is fine as played, we're just guessing at that point and if we're wrong we're drawing dead, plus it's fair to assume this guy is going to bet the river small again so we can't see a showdown just by calling the turn.
