He was rather passive, so I thought that his 3bet calling range was somewhere TT-QQ,AQ+

on flop, standart cbet.. on turn i wanted him to think that im giving up my AK and let him fire his TT,JJ,QQ and possibly some bluffs like AQ float.. so i decided to check behind..

river was blank I thought(incorrectly obviously), so i wanted to fry him, cuz it would be super hard there to fold JJ,QQ i guess..

      Hello,

With his WTS (not that you have a lot of hands but still) I am betting turn also and shoving/calling any river. Otherwise I prefer to just Call on river if he seems to be rather passive, his line seems to be too strong.

      Best regards,
      Rensu

      +1
I also like bet/calling turn instead of giving him free river card
I´d just call river, since if top pair is pairing then he could easily hold there trips
