      Folding is the safe choice, it's possible he has you beat right on the flop, maybe even preflop since he never raises. It's also possible for him to show up with Kx with or without clubs since he looks bad enough to minbet/call overcards on that flop.

      If you have reasons to believe he takes that line with a flushdraw then continuing is okay, but that requires you either jamming that turn hoping he calls it off with clubs or calling in position and having to possibly call a river jam on a blank, so you need to be prepared to put your stack on the line following your read knowing you barely have any outs if you're behind and he has often has outs if you're ahead.
