      Personally i would c-bet so you don't give any free cards to your loose opponent behind you. On the turn you shoved his raise which is questionablable as he looks quite tight and for him to be raising first in on the flop is quite unsual so he could already have a made hand. I don't think it's bad play but c-betting on the flop will help to find where you are in the hand.

      I just muck it Flop & Turn, don't think you are ahead often especially not on the Turn

      You can use the popup and then make a screenshot of it and then eventually uploading it on a site (tinypic.com or imageshack.us)
