I will 3bet this to at least 5 or 5.50. You are out of position and want to discourage a call. On the flop, just bet once and give up, don't get too fancy with the fishes

not really sure I´d want to 3-bet against half stack fish who would not likely fold to my 3-bets or call with better hands
Not sure if you should fire second barrel, but it can´t be terrible, since he is calling once every pp and then maybe fold to your turn bet or calling again your turn bet with flushdraw
So if you 3-bet pf I think turn shove is one good option that you can consider. Since K paired he doesn´t have very often Kx and if get called you have outs or you´re ahead
But against fish I´d just call pf with A6s and play postflop

yeah, I just noticed you 3-bet tag, which is fine
      then your play is fine
You should c-bet to fold his Ax hands and c/f turn, since once he calls I think he isn´t folding any turn card

      sure if you´re drawing dead
I think he is shoving river close to 100%, but since it is such a small bet maybe you can call turn and then evaluate river
He should still have flushdraw and if he has middle pp you get odds to hit your A
