      As played your line is so weird on the flop that i think you need to call the turn shove, he looks very aggro and we've already seen him bluff-raise in the KK hand. When you present such a villain with a 1/4 c-bet on the flop he's so likely to go crazy on you that not calling it off with two pairs is really sad.

      I'd just c-bet a normal amount and get it in on the flop. If you're not comfortable playing top two pairs strong on the flop you likely shouldn't 3bet AJo against him in the first place. It's likely the correct play tho, especially if he minraises routinely.
