      Again, raise bigger pre-flop exactly to avoid such situations. You definitely don't want a multi-way pot with an AT. So in this case, as you are OOP I would just push directly vs 2 limpers with the marginal hands.

      With top hands I wouldn't mind just raising regularly because we don't really need to balance our lines against fish or unknown players. But still I'd raise to $3 or $3.5, no less.

      actually I agree it would be best to push this one preflop although standard to push with 20BB is when there are 3+ limpers. Reason for this is that AT plays very bad postflop OOP and on the other hand it would be a shame to fold, since a push is +EV for sure.

      As played, raise 6BB preflop if you don't like to push. Flop is well played and turn as well, because you have a GS, FD and overcard and all villain's checked the flop, so you have quite a lot of equity and with some small amount of fold equity a push will be +EV. However, if you think villains are more passive you can also just check and see whether you hit the river or not and push then.
