Can you still be a winning player while system is favoring others and giving them 1-2 outers every time you enter a hand and you are made...well my opinion is you cant, i think when you register an account the system randomly puts your IP in the box on either :

      >winning players, losing players, and the ones that will never be anything above mentioned just simply rake maker ( rollercoaster rider)

      1. winning player will win hands more than 50% of time no matter what and how he plays , the system has chose that and ther is nothing you can do about, it just the way it is....if you are one of those players you are real lucky

      2. losing player will win some hands but other strongones will be bad beaten outdrawn and suckedout by 5% chance of hitting the river 70% of time, now is this fair??? well i think it is not! but hell, system chose you to be a loosing player and there is nothing you can do about it no matter even if you become 7% youll loose 60% of that 7% hands played...

      3. and finally the rollercoaster rider in which category I fit in, play good poker, have good reads, and great moves, using the situations and still nothing, UP and DOWN , UP and DOWN...as much as I win that much I lose with better hand that I have won with > LOL, LMAO, ROFL < and it has been going on ever since I have opened account at stars.... It is similar like a loosing player but with some minor differences. Live poker is completly diffrent thing ther is no system that will chose you what are you gonna be 1,2 or 3....

so if anyone checks my ROI on online tracking sites you can see I am down 2k on JOKERstars in 20k hands but i played ther 90k+ hands plus i have about 2.4k tournament winnings with full tilt and party and stars combined and in general real life I am down almost nothing in the span of the year and some months so that makes me a rollercoaster boy :) putting a lot of effort and learning into this rigged systems of so called poker rooms . I can say I have become an above average good player ( partially thanks to pokerstrategy and my own understanding of the game, which i learnt during play ) and doing things right and still in the long run i have accomplished around 0$ in online poker, live its better but there is not so much games that could make a living here, that home games for 5-20 euro are merly for killing time and having fun, not making cash... I know a lot of you pokerstartegist are winning players online, but still make changes in your game to worse or whatever and you will still be winning players online because system chose you to be, live you can do even better or even worse.

I decided to write this because 1.5 year playing stars it is all a big rollercoaster ride and no gain just a simple system chosen rollercoaster, and the question is why do I even bother playing??? that is one f***** good question to which I have not got THE answer.

So what do you fellow grinders think how can one go against a predermined system? Is there even a point bothering or just simply quit?

And can anyone know if you can politely ask poker room to close your account and lets you create a new one, asking just because people on full tilt had more accounts than one and one after another not at the same time and they were let to play them and cashout cashin and all that jibberish...?

I hope someone will give me motivation to see beyond the unrealistic outcomes of a rigged confessions of a poker player

I read about 3 lines of your post....and then knew where it was going...

It called varriance...shit happens...Online poker is not rigged....do you think your the only one this happens to? It happens to us all....just keep playing and forget about the outcome...short term results arnt important....if you havnt made money over the long term or even 50,000 chances are your just not a winning player...in which case your game needs some work. I win along with alot of others...What makes us any diffrent? It not that we're "The chossen ones" by the system...its because we've put the hard work in and have accepted the realitys of poker.

      1) Winning players dont play that many hands let alone win that many hands get your facts right.

      2) you deluded...this doesnt describe a lossing play...it just describes negative varriance which is a patch not a life time.

      3) you think you play good, but not good enough. Live poker is exactly the same...just less hands per hour.

id LOVE to see your stats if you could post them (IE VP PFR etc)

Actually it's true. When I registered at Pokerstars, they've sent me a message:

Congratulations, you have been chosen to be our lucky player! We will grant you extra luck everytime you play a hand!

      Regards,
      The Pokerstars Team

Then I went all in, being a huge dog, but caught runner-runner cards and won. So sweet.

      --------------------------------------------

It's natural. Remember a winning session where you were crushing everyone, hitting your outs like Mike Tyson (huh?)? Were you happy about your luck then, or did you just think "I deserve that. I made the right play". I always thought this way, especially when I had an insane heater in a game with crazy variance. Then luck ended and I was whining in my blog about it every single day. Now I scroll back and find that I always noticed bad beats, but almost never pointed out my luckboxing.

I mean, your better hand holding up is luck too. If your hand holds lets say 3 times in a row - it's luck (along with good play). If it gets cracked 3 times in a row - tough break (but it was good play). So make sure your play is good - variance should even out.

Luck will turn around, if you're willing to put time in analysing your situation. Posting stats would be a good start.

Actually i just closed my account with pokerstars. I've had enough.

And to all those ironic good poker players .. i'm sure none of you is a robot who plays 30-50 tables at once like that super pro Boku87.

I am playing 10-12 sngs at a time doing fine with like 10-15% roi at 1k sample thank you very much. Learn to deal with bad beats. I've had days when AA loses 7-8 times in a row followed by a few situations of a9s vs a3 and I also lose. And then I've had days where I have 160% roi over 15 games and I make a shitload of profit %-wise. But this is just the nature of the game. Accept it or quit it. Whining on forums never helped anyone. Use the whining time to study instead.

Although i would like to see you play GOOD poker at 10-12 live tables, i will accept 10-12 tables online as being ... somewhat ...decent. However, don't tell me that 30-50 tables is good poker. It's all about coin flips.
I like to think i'm a hobby player and if i play 9 out of 10 tourneys bad it's fine. But that one tourney when i play really good and bust with aces vs any2 cards just before the final table and after 7 hours of play is BS and i had that more than enough on pokerstars.
As for the whining part, perhaps it would be wise to delete this section of the forum.According to you writing here is a waste of time.

Oh boy.. All pokerrooms are the same and no they are not rigged..

Try to understand this and try to believe in it, then poker will be easier for you.

Threads like this appear all the time. Personally no, I don't think sites are rigged. However, I don't think anyone can conclusively prove that all sites are NOT rigged. Sites have been caught in other underhanded activities, and I personally have been a victim of scams by card rooms. So why would card rigging have to be an exception if the site felt they could increase their profits through it? Bent land casinos would also occasionally make use of card rigging, or so I've heard.
Perhaps it is better to take the agnostic point of view, figuratively speaking. I'm pretty sure a site could get away with card rigging if they really wanted to. I just prefer to believe they are not rigged, since it is unlikely, especially for the more mainstream rooms. It is also bad for your sanity if every time someone catches a 5% outer you are whispering 'inconceivable' to yourself, over and over again.

Of course it supposed to be like this. But when not one, not 2, but many sessions people simply do not play against your top pairs, but often playing against other cards with same raises, you're getting confused.

Another interesting fact: On one table ratings site I looked at my worst and best Villains. Among top 3 in every category (6 in total) NOBODY has a winning record, even those who has a winning record against me. Who's winning? Bots?

"The more i practice, the luckier i get"
Ha-ha-ha, in my SSS career it happened exactly the opposite :)
