do you think that c/r on this flop could be better? I think he don't have a draw that often and maybe he will fire when he will see my weaknes if I check.

as played is bet size ok?

i dont think he will fire on flop. To induce a bluff or bet from weaker hands, you should check to him also on turn. If he has there overpair, he will call your bet also.

c/r flop is fine, but people would often make theirself moves on that board either raising with bluff or shoving with draws, so c-bet is ok.
I´d made a littlebit smaller to 8 to give impression I want to take pot down as cheaply as possible or that I can fold to flop shove/raise
Against good aggressive players c/r is fine, but passive players would often check back, so you don´t have to take that line against them
