Villain is 49/29 player. 50 hands on him but I know he's very aggressive and likes to bluff a lot. 2AF though so he's not THAT insane. I think his range should be very polarised on river so I can call if he bets again. Thoughts?

The third spade on the river polarizes his range even more since he would be less inclined to valuebet Ax hands. With your reads I would make a hero calldown.

bad board to c/c with 66
you are often behind or even if yiou´re ahead hand like KJ/QJ has a lto of equity to your hand
I wouldn´t call river, since I doubt he is bluffing enough and flushdraw is very reasonable hand that he can hold.
