      I called turn as I didn't villain using that line with hands that beat mine. I blockbet river and got raised. Can I relly on the read that he is very aggressive river, over this samplesize, to call?

      Firstly, I would 3bet villain with such high ATS preflop. I think turn can be played b/f, as for river you have nearly 4-1 to call, so I don't think you can fold there, particularly with your reads.

      I also prefer 3-bet pf
      I tyhnk you played yo hand fine
      he can easily raise any Ax for value or bluffing since A is scare card
      If you lead out I´d prefer calling raise
