Checking behind turn is an option here and would be preferable if stacks were deeper, say >150BB. I don't think you can get away from this if he has AQ so shoving turn is fine.

      Ok tough spot yes...

But I think betting the turn here is a mistake against a nittyish/Tag ....I know this allows him to make very +ev floats against us ..but when we bet against this guy (what worse hands is he ever really calling us with) im sure he is folding alot of weak A to our turn bet so I dont see it being great .. I think if we can check behind here and then decide to call a bet or not otr, if all draws miss like in this hand its prety close but I may fold as he looks to be on the tight side.... If he checks the same river I think we can then get some nice value from weaker A hands

      Hello,

Nice hand, well played. It's also a 3bet pot, I don't see myself folding here. Also ship it directly on turn. :P

      Best regards,

Villain seems solid so I very much doubt he is calling 3bet OOP with anything less than AQ, maybe AJs so to put him on weaker Ax hands is a little too optimistic here. If we check behind and he shoves river I don't think you will be able to make the fold too often, so I think shoving the turn is fine.

yeah the more I look at it ,I really hate shipping the turn .I just never see him calling with worse ...cant even seethis nit calling with draws which im sure he doesnt have most of the time (unless its a pair +draw)
So by shipping the turn can you tell me even ONE SINGLE WORSE HAND he calls us with?

What else do you want to do there? There ain't much room for folding. :) He also can have many worse Ax type of hands for example some like to play Ax suited hands.
