      I'd fold given that both lower pairs that might have called 2 streets now have filled their boats.

      Very unlikely he'd bet the river with a worse hand if you check, it's really hard for him to show up with air except maybe 75 or random flopped gutshots if he's really really cally. So check/calling is mostly bad.

      If you bet out unless you think he's calling down with 77-99 you're unlikely to get called by worse hands, so i don't like betting out that much either.

      That leaves us with check/folding and blockbet/folding. The better you think he is the more you want to check/fold. If you think he's really bad and there is a chance you're best, blockbetting to prevent him from randomly betting pot with all his range might be better.

      When he raises it's a standard slowplay line, don't talk yourself into calling there is no reason to without a read that he's completely insane.
