Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      MP2:
      $9.73
      MP3:
      $26.64
      CO:
      $32.24
      BU(Hero):
      $25.15
      SB:
      $24.75
      BB:
      $4.33

Preflop: Hero is BU with A, A.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, SB calls $0.65, BB folds.

      Flop: ($1.75) 8, 2, 5 (2 players)
SB bets $0.75, Hero raises to $2.50, SB calls $1.75.

      Turn: ($6.75) 7 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.00, SB calls $4.00.

      River: ($14.75) 4 (2 players)
      SB bets $4.50,

Villain is playing 18/8/1.59/35wts over 639 hands. My read on this guy is that he donkbets quite small when he has something.

I could've reraised even bigger on the flop, and bet bigger on the turn I think. If I had reraised bigger on the flop, and he 3-bets me, easy fold?

      As played, call the river?

you can raise flop to 4$ and if you have read that he is never going to 3-bet with worse hands than two pair fold is correct, but in general I´d just shove over 3-bet
You can bet bigger on the turn to 5 or maybe even 6$
I´d just call river. you may be ahead or sometimes behind but I wouldn´t fold such a strong hand to small river bet
