Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3(Hero):
      $25.95
      CO:
      $29.19
      BU:
      $8.56
      SB:
      $37.51
      BB:
      $37.45

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with T, Q.
Hero raises to $1.00, CO calls $1.00, 3 folds.

      Flop: ($2.35) J, A, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.50, CO calls $1.50.

      Turn: ($5.35) T (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO checks.

      River: ($5.35) T (2 players)
Hero bets $4.00, CO raises to $11.00,

      Villain: 34/28/1.14/20wts over 85 hands.

Does it make sense to bet/fold quite big on the river to get value from stuff like TPTK/two-pair?

since also your bet doesn´t make a lot of sense some players might raise there with Ax for value :D
I think you can´t b/f. Your hand is just too strong consider that you c-bet flop, check turn and bet river, which people might often do with QQ/KK, maybe some weak ace, so other player can often raise there with wide range for value or bluffing
