      Yes. Honestly since he has 40bb so he's automatically super bad, i might just pot the flop since he'll call with Kx/Qx/OESDs/gutshots/anything no matter the price. That allows us to shove the turn into him and get all his money if he wants to play before he can miss his draws, at which point he'll fold to further bets on the river.
