      Barring a read that he's very aggressive until he meets resistance I'd raise the flop, i doubt he's folding Qx right away, he's unlikely to fire again on his own with Tx, and he can also have KJ or gutshots that he might at least peel the raise with on the flop but not if he whiffs the turn, if he even bets those again.

      Call flop raise turn line often looks a lot stronger than raise flop bet turn.
