      Hi,


      If he's a bit loose I'd bet/fold the turn bigger barring a read that he's liable to check/raise me with worse two pairs because he has no clue what he's doing. It's just too easy for him to have Qx in his range.

      I'd check back the river if he called unless i knew he'd always raise Qx on the turn, in which case valuebetting small again would be fine.
