      I would probably call river myself, even though you are most likely behind against such a passive player. My desision would probably be based on his river-agg.factor and/or history/reads.

      Pre and flop is fine. I might bet turn as well since passive players often tend to call flop and fold turn if they don't have anything.

      I'd consider betting the turn for value again against this calling station, checking back is fine also.

      On the river it's hard to fault a call without a better read on his aggression postflop given the odds and the fact that the more aggressive/clueless of these players sometimes make weird river merges with hands you wouldn't expect, but if he's the standard calling station type he'll have Kx+ always.
