      He folded to my 3bet once, it was SB against BTN.
      Im not sure whats the best play here. Call this cr and fold if hes continue on non heart turn? Protect my hand and ship it on the flop?

      I guess you´re 3-betting pf as a bluff, so if you flop tp hand you´re not sure if you should go all-in on the flop or not
      against aggressive player I´d then just check back flop, call turn and evaluate river, considering calling him down
      If you decide to bet flop then you have to shove, since he may also c/r there with 99 or some bluff that has equity on your range
      so you might get called by worse hands or if he has some high overcards/draws then you´re also protecting against these hands
