      Villain is very interesting;

      I'm interested by this move, you don't see it very often and it seems like either a bluff or a strong hand that is too scared of missing value to C/R turn in case I give up. Given villain has a ludicrously high F2cbet I guess he's trying to Bet/Fold with AJ or similar, not often a draw. Can I make him fold by raising this bet and then shoving river?

      and yes, I don't give him 45..... Ever.
