Unable to receive funds

      Hey ,
      I was contacted that my account is not able to receive funds , so i contacted party support.

      First message :

      I opened before the real money , i don't understand the problem ,so contacted again , the second message.

      Please verify again and make the transfer , btw i can't find the ticket system on the new site.
