      66 and 77 aren't in his range for calling the flop, he's folding on such a board with 77, and he's raising you with 66 to protect all the trillion draws out there. He's raising a flushdraw too sometimes but him calling with these is fine especially if they're small flushdraws. He'll have some Qx hands with a heart kicker, probably some 87s too, some JT of course.

      When you donk the turn against and he raises smallish it looks like he has the nutflush or something like QxKh/QxAh more often than a smaller flush, just because he should hate a 4th heart coming in with smaller flushes so he'd be inclined to raise bigger. Maybe he's just raising big enough to be able to shove the river tho.

      That being said with all the money already in there, boat outs and the possibility that he still doesn't have a made flush, it's still a shove on the turn imo.
