I decided to go for bluff induce line and hopefully bit more value from weaker A's on flop. Turn his Check/Raise seems to only be representing Set of Sixes, seems like a weird line to take with a stronger Ace or even an 8 so I call him down. He's making his hand look like a bluff.

What do you think? Am I often seeing an 8, stronger A or FH against this guy or is my decision good?

not sure if 17/7 would ever bluff there, but since you have top pair you can call him down.
Never can be sure if player isn´t bluffing if you check back flop and then going to bet turn
