      If you're going to raise, which i think is the best play, raise bigger to 6x.

      The flop is not that great, lots of broadways hands will find a reason to call a bet, but still against a very loose players he'll have a whole pile of nonsensical crap hands like 42s/A8o, so it's still very profitable to c-bet. However if you make it so cheap he won't fold ANYTHING, so fire out something like $0.12 instead.

      As played on the turn either check it back and valuebet the river if he checks again, or valuebet right away but again, don't make it so small. I'd be fine with $0.14. Here you induced some kind of minraise, which could be a very good hand as well as a bluff or even another Jx from such a player, so i think you calling down is fine when he makes small bets like that.
