      I'd just fold that preflop or turn it into a 3bet bluff if he's opening a lot, it's not pretty enough (read: not suited) to call CO vs MP in my opinion.

      If he's continuation betting too much i don't mind raising there with 2 overs and a gutshot, otherwise his range for betting such an ugly flop is usually too strong for us to continue. Our overcards outs might not be live and we only have 3 clean outs to the nuts.

      Turn is hard to say without knowing the guy, if think if he somehow had Kx beat he'd bet again himself on such a board so i'd probably bet to see him check/calling AJ or some kind of draw, planning to check back most rivers, maybe betting the driest of them all small again for value against Jx.

      As played river is fine, he might be valuebetting Jx sometimes or bluffing with some kind of draw figuring you also had a draw and everything missed.
