      I think this is heavily dependent on your opponents profile. If my opponent is an aggromonkey who can pay me off with 2-pair hands I would raise, against solid thinking players on the other hand a call is fine.

      I would likely bet turn to get them fold 9x/7x, maybe even Kx hands
      I think raising river is ok, but I don´t mind call. Since it is 3-way then someone could hold there flush, but even if they have one pair hands calling 5$ raise with KT is not too easy.
