      BTN is 26/20 on 75 hands, 2.7AF Steal attempts - 3 out of 6.

I would have thought he would simply bet turn again with Set or Two-Pair so with his river-raise I put him on pot controlled KJ, QJ or JT, maybe even lower kicker. He doesn't have any info on me that I would bluff river to a check behind on turn so I doubt he would be doing that with a hand that beats me, I never put him on a straight either.

Thoughts? Is my shove river ok or bad?

after checking back turn his river raise is strange. he maybe went for pot control with Jx on the turn and now raising for value, so I think shove is fine
Btw. On that turn card I´d lead out turn. You likely have best hand, the best draw and you can get value for worse hands that might check back on the turn

What sort of size? After betting turn what do we do when river bricks? Blockbet/Fold or is that exploitable?

I think you´re asking about the turn bet size.
I´d make normal 3/4 pot, around 4$ if he calls and river bricks then I´d bet river 1/2 pot and then fold to shove
Since you took there so strange line, then I doubt anyone would shove as a bluff or even if they have overpair.
