I seen Villian playing hands like A/10 offsuit, K/Q offsuit, A/J offsuit, etc. I had a bad feeling i made the wrong call on flop but i thought this guy maybe bluffing with like AK/AQ/AJ and re-raised on flop with nothing. On turn, i just don't believe he's got flush. On river, i think my trip is best but your advice would be great, thank you.

By the time i played these 2 hands, i knew villian was in love with flush draws and would make big raise/go all in with it. Villian also likes to call with various Ax, Kx hands. Did i play these hands right?

      1) against middlestack I think you can also get all-in on the flop,. you shoudl be ahead his min-raise range on the flop.
c/r river is ok line, although since flush and boats are possible I think c/c is also ok.
      2) you can also start betting flop and raise pf, but if you think sb would c/f a lot of times, giving him free card is ok
      3) with two pair and 40bb stack I´d just 3-bet to 1,2$ and would shove any turn card.

On these levels i find a minraise preflop is 80% of the time either a small pocket pair or suited cards. Villian does the miniraise so not to eliminate players and at the same time block the big raises.

His raise on the flop can only be read as either he has the flush draw and wants to buy the river or he has hit his set. I would reraise the flop for information. Most of these villians will shove a set and call the draw. {Although a insta shove may be problamatic} If he smooth calls and blank turn I shove.

As played you could raise the very small turn bet also for information /bluff.

I am never c/r the river in this spot. He is only calling with a flush{which he is never folding} or a FH.
