SB is a fish 92/32/3 on 40 hands, fold to cbet 30%
He was calling with trash a lot, I decided to fire second barrel because I would very often be ahead and could see a free showdown.

Is this the right way to play against him or should I check behind on the turn?

I think b/f turn is reasonable
You don´t want to check back and then guess river if he is bluffing or not and since he is really bad, he can easily c/c turn with 9x, 8x, gutshot, draws
