      Without reads you should probably just shove praying he doesn't have a set. If he's a fishy it's never bad to go broke, if he's a tag it might be but there is no way you can know that without reads on him. You'll get it in against combodraws like T9, Th8h, maybe TT-JJ if he doesn't 3bet those. Sometimes he's pure bluffing because it's a really crappy board for your range so it's a prime spot for him to mess with you if he thinks your c-bet too much.

      It's one of these spots where you're not happy to get it in by any means, but at the same time he can have worse hands and it's tag-on-tag violence in late position, which these days starts to look a lot like blind battles.
