Ok i dont need HH for this question.

We have 17BB and we are in SB.
      6 Players dealt.

      MP limps
      BTN limps

      SB????

We cannot fold it is not our SSS.
Can we raise? We commit ourselfs and have to shove into 1 caller into most flops.

      What do we do?

      Hey mineriva,

it is standard to push all-in directly with 20BB stack when sitting in the blinds and there are 3+ limpers. If you have however decreased stack like you mention and are commited on any flop if called then shoving preflop is most +EV. Shoving in this spot is specially good with marginal hands like KQ/77/88 which have decent equity, but are hard to play postflop.

      Regards,
