      against unknown 3-bet is imo a little better if you don´t mind variance and are happy to shove over 4-bet
      c/r flop is fine, if you´re planning to call shove, other case c/c flop, lead turn is imo also ok line
      after c/r flop, b/f turn is ok, I doubt you get bluffed out almost never by worse hand and then c/f river
